How Prisma collects, uses and protects your information when you browse this site, book a call or work with us. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Information we collect
When you contact us or book a call, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, company, budget range and anything you write about your project.
When you browse the site, we collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, approximate location and the pages you visit. We do not collect payment details through this site.

How we use your information
We use what you share to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver projects and send invoices.
We use anonymous usage data to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site fast and secure. We never sell your information or use it for advertising on other sites.

Cookies and analytics
This site uses a small number of essential cookies to work properly, and privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other websites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential features of the site will continue to work.

Sharing with third parties
We share information only with the services we need to run the studio — for example our email provider, scheduling tool, website host and accounting software.
Each of these processes data on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes, then removed.

Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also object to how we use it or ask us to limit it.
Email us with your request and we will respond within thirty days.

Security
We store information with reputable providers, use strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and limit access to the people who need it to do their work.

Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted here for at least thirty days.
